Usually, YOAD suferrers start having complaints in their 40-50 years old, and have a strong genetic factor risk that must be proven by genetic checks (Familial Alzheimer’s Disease/FAD). Some lifestyles that can trigger the birth of Alzheimer’s dementia earlier include lack of exercise, alcohol drinking habits, smoking, and consuming unhealthy foods that are high in saturated fat and sugar.
